– CAD Software
Using SolidWorks CAD software, we create a 3D digital design of your prop. Our CAD designers are capable of working from ideas, photographs, 2D images or 3D images. If you have a model that is the basis of your design, we produce a 3D image of it using our 3D scanner. Once the 3D image has been created with all its dimensions, colours and specificities, we send it to you for review. You are welcome to suggest any changes you want, we’ll be happy to alter the image to include them.

Intricate designs, large in size, can now be created with 3D printers. This technology provides us with the freedom to manufacture large props solely with 3D printers. Another exceptional piece of equipment we value is our CNC machines. A 5-axis CNC has the capability of working on five different axes simultaneously, allowing greater precision and depth. CNCs come with a mini-computer built in that monitors and controls the movement of its tools. This makes these machines very accurate in cutting, carving, drilling, milling, moulding, and so on. We use CNC machines to achieve a high-quality design and finish.
