The first step in creating a model is to make its 3D digital design. If you only provide us with a sketch, a picture or a photograph of the model; our designers will create a live 3D model of it using SolidWorks computer-aided design (CAD) software. If a physical model is available, we scan it using our 3D scanner to obtain its digital image. Our 3D CAD designers are specialists in their field and are fully capable of creating intricate 3D designs, even from basic ideas.

A computer numerical control (CNC) machine is used to mould, cut, mill and/or drill the material to create the model. The advantage of using a 5-axis CNC is that it is a highly sophisticated machine that can work on five different sides (axes) simultaneously. A computer is attached to the device to control its movements. A 5-axis CNC gives models a superior finish, can reach the most difficult places, has enhanced accuracy, is perfect for deep-cavity moulds and reduces total machining time. It is the most advanced CNC machine we have today.
